- Mg Global Financial, Inc. = tax forfeiture (June 24, 2011)
- Imperial Fight Management, LLC = tax forfeiture (Feb 8, 2013)
Note: Imperial Fight Management is clearly printed on his shirt in the photo at the beginning of this website. - Imperial Motor Sports, LLC = tax forfeiture (February 20, 2015)
Note: He also operated this LLC under the name “Legendary Finds Garage” as shown on the tax forfeiture. - Lone Star Hot Rod Shop, LLC = tax forfeiture (Jan 25, 2019)[5]
As seen above his last “business” was “Lone Star Hot Rod Shop” in Lewisville, Texas. Below are the Google reviews for that business. You can clearly see a trend here. Rossini often does display charisma…at first, as do all con men, and he uses it to prey on women (strangely often 30 – 45 year old Canadian and American women who find themselves in less than desirable financial situations), but men see right through it, although sometimes too late. This is a trend we noticed and one he continues with in Tulum. He befriends women in this specific age bracket, takes advantage of them without their knowledge, and downright scams men who are not from the local area Rossini is operating in. He’s betting these out-of-state men won’t take the time to fly to where Rossini is to take legal action against him. He’s clearly wrong, as his been shown.
Below is what other people are saying about him publicly. Please note the first review is fake, and is someone he is associated with as can be proved by a basic background check on both parties.
Loses lawsuit for $21,663.60 + interest. (May 21, 2020)
- May 21, 2020. Final Order / Judgement / Decree.
- July 8, 2020. Motion to compel. (Rossini needs to show what assets he has and make statements so the plaintiff can seize Rossini’s assets because Rossini can’t pay the judgement against him.)
- December 17, 2020. Contempt of Court against Rossini for failure to obey a court order.
- January 19, 2021. Order to appear in court issued by the Judge against Rossini.
Rossini was sued by an officer in the U.S. military and of course Rossini lost.

The U.S. military officer who sued Rossini:

We can see that $309.00 was spent in court costs to file documents against Rossini, but the amount of the judgement against Rossini is currently not available online. We don’t know how much he lost this time.[6]

- April 13, 2020. Sued by Daniel Lewis for $110,252.51 USD
- August 26, 2020. Final Order / Judgement / Decree.
Matthew didn’t hire a lawyer. The judgement was a “default” judgment because he didn’t contest the charges leveled against him.
Judgement / Costs included plaintiff’s fees and filing costs.
The lawsuit specifically mentioned misrepresentation (fraud) as Matthew was still using the name of his sole member LLC which had been closed because of a tax forfeiture.[7]
Matthew has told multiple women he is either the owner, part-owner, or trainer at Tulum Fight Club. Despite having access to a fight and self-defense specific gym, he offered me and other women, on multiple occasions, a “private lesson” at his residence. It seemed unprofessional, and potentially unethical to his employer if he was just a trainer at Tulum Fight Club and using their name to build credibility while lining his own pockets with private lessons away from their gym.
We contacted Tulum Fight Club and was told he was not an owner of any sort, or trainer there. My prior suspicions were confirmed which then led to a simple afternoon of public records searches which resulted in this website.
We despise liars and cheaters, and unfortunately have dealt with enough men in my life that are exactly those two things. Women need to look out for other women, and that’s exactly what we’re doing by bringing this information forward, compiling it in one place so it is easily accessible.
The names and addresses of Matthew’s businesses have been cross-checked against court filings, making us 100% sure we have the right person in each point listed on this website. Having the name “Matthew Gianni Rossini” is rare enough, but not nearly enough for us to find information matching that exact name and then put together a public page on the Internet like this. We went the extra mile to cross-reference everything you see on this website. Full name and addresses.
We’ve decided not to list our own names because the name Matthew J Sandoval, which appears to possibly be another alias, has felony convictions in New Mexico, which is where the person this website is about changed his name from Juan Matthew Sandoval to Matthew Gianni Rossini. We’re not 100% sure if Matthew J Sandoval is the same Juan Matthew Sandoval / Matthew Gianni Rossini that we had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting, so we don’t have sufficient proof to attribute those multiple felony convictions to him. That said, those convictions included breaking and entering, false imprisonment, and gun possession, in addition to others. Needless to say we’re taking precautions.
Please be very careful if you find yourself in the presence of “Mateo” in Tulum, Mahahual, or wherever in Quintana Roo or internationally he turns up next. He may be armed and will try to use charisma to disarm you and then steal from you…or worse.
We’re no longer in Mexico, but because he’s demonstrated a willingness to travel and because he might be able to figure out who we are and come after us, we went ahead and hired someone to rewrite the words you are reading now, so they don’t read in our own, unique and possibly identifiable tones. We’re here to help you avoid trouble and for us to say safe in the process, not to perpetuate the idea that “no good deed goes unpunished” and wind up getting harmed ourselves.
One final note: You may find Matthew in the company of his “business partner”, a fellow U.S. citizen from Arizona who goes by the name of “Jacinto”. See the trend here? Mateo and Jacinto. Two foreign men who are using Latino sounding aliases to the point of trying to cover up their ethnicity.
“Jacinto” (real name Jason) is noticeably taller than Mateo, very light-skinned with freckles and has blonde hair. And in no way is he a “Jacinto” just as Sandoval is in no way a Rossini, despite how much they might wish they were.
Rossini is a U.S. citizen who makes money managing this (and other) Airbnb units in Tulum Mexico. He does not pay taxes on the earnings:
Casa Mono (Airbnb link) (Booking.com link)
Additionally, he has a moped and bike rental business for which records show he does not pay U.S. taxes on despite being a U.S. citizen.
Furthermore, he claims to be involved in the illegal drug trade in Mexico, and most certainly isn’t declaring this and paying taxes on it.
1.) Fraudulent residence application
Rossini brags about submitting a fraudulent temporary residence application and tricking the Mexican authorities into granting him residence. He says he used all fake information from Cancun (such as proof of address via utility bills), when in fact he’s never lived in Cancun. If the words from his own mouth are true, this means his application to the Mexican government was fraudulent, lacking complete respect for the Mexican people and their policies and procedures, and he should not have been granted temporary residence. It would seem his fraudulent application would be reason to deport him for lying to the government in an attempt to avoid returning to the United States where he faces multiple court cases against him for fraudulent behavior.
2.) Fraudulent visa runs
Rossini also bragged about never doing visa runs, only that his lawyer would check him in for visa runs he never too, staying in Mexico the entire time. If the words from his own mouth are true, this means he overstayed his visa and was never deported.
3.) Selling fake COVID vaccine cards
In the fall of 2021, Rossini offered fake COVID vaccination cards from the U.S.A. for sale to anyone willing to pay $60.
4.) Stealing a motorcycle and offering it for sale
In the summer of 2021, Rossini bragged about stealing a motorcycle in Tulum. In the spring of 2022 Rossini is trying to sell this motorcycle for $2,500 USD without papers…because it is stolen. It is currently hidden in a side garage in his yard. The exact location is here:
5.) Potentially faking a robbery
In the fall of 2021 Rossini claimed the house where he was staying (he claims to own it to impress impressionable girls in Tulum, but records show he does not) was burglarized, but did not file a police report for three days. Additionally the robbery was too “perfect.” According to the police report we were allowed to view but were not allowed to photograph, he claimed to always have his things in a safe, but that night he took them out because he was moving to Mahahual. (He never left Tulum.) He claimed the robbers took multiple Rolexes and other high-value items, but strangely didn’t take his “MMA championship belt.” His MMA championship belt is fake as he’s never participated in MMA. There is no information of him anywhere in regards to fighting in MMA, only a YouTube video that claims he was a coach. If he fought MMA why doesn’t he have cauliflower ear? He claims it is because he drained his ears regularly with a heavy-gauge needle. This is not logical and can not be verified as a practice by any other professional fighters we contacted before writing this paragraph. It is yet another of his lies.
6.) He has an illegal gun
Also in the fall of 2021, Rossini bragged that he obtained a gun from the cartel. He went on to say the gun was unregistered and had been used to commit crimes before.
7.) Sexual Relations
Sex work is legal in Mexico, and Rossini is known to frequent prostitutes and admits it freely. While prostitution is technically not illegal in Mexico, sex with those who do not give consent, or are not old enough to legally give consent, is. Legally we need to be very careful what we say here, and are not making accusations, but there is definitely cause for concern here where multiple individuals have witnessed very alarming events that require immediate further investigation by the proper authorities.
These are only the crimes we know Matthew Rossini has committed in less than two years while in Mexico. There could easily be more. His history of fraud over the course of his lifetime suggests there are many, many more. How many victims don’t report crimes? According to statistics, the majority. Especially in Mexico where people fear retaliation or have little faith that law enforcement will follow-up on claims with obvious proof of wrong-doing.
Surely there are more people who have been hurt by his malicious actions. He is 48 years old, nearly half a century. At this age, this is who he is, who he’s decided to be…a complete fraud and career criminal.
It’s possible the foreign-plated Jeep he drives does not have a Temporary Import Permit, for example although at this time Quintana Roo is somewhat of a free zone for foreign plated vehicles.
Hopefully the Mexican authorities can take action against him before he commits more frauds on more people in Mexico. He often speaks despairingly about Mexicans, and women, so it would be better for everyone if he was deported to his home country to deal with the people who are trying to serve him with summons to appear in courts there for the multiple charges leveled against him and lawsuits he has already lost. That is why he is in Mexico. He thinks by leaving the United States he is safe from all the crimes he already committed there. Let’s send him back to where he came and end this madness. Or if not, let’s take care of him here in Mexico. Rossini has a four-year temporary residence visa, he would not fall under the laws of a tourist. He would be able to be dealt with as a temporary resident and jailed (at the least) accordingly.
You can only run for so long Juan Matthew Sandoval. You can change your name to Matthew Gianni Rossini or whatever you want, but it doesn’t change who you are…a disgusting individual who deserves to finally pay for all your crimes against others, men, women, and children and the families you so effortlessly harm without regard for anyone other than yourself. You’ve been doing this your entire adult life, and possibly earlier, and will continue to harm others unless something is done due to your unwillingness to terminate both your criminal behavior and your own existence despite that clearly being the best solution for everyone.
Dear Attorneys and Law Enforcement Personnel of Mexico,
We need your help. Please put a stop to this, or else it will just continue with more innocent victims having their lives disrupted or even devastated by a remorseless creature. We contacted multiple U.S. Embassies and Consulates but they told us Matthew Gianni Rossini now falls within your jurisdiction and they’re unable to take action against him. We’ve reached out multiple times, including in person at police stations and various other government buildings, but so far he still walks the street freely, damaging the lives of Mexicans and foreigners alike. It’s up to you to help us, Mexico. Please, God…no more.
Rossini claims to be a former MMA fighter. A simple search on Sherdog, the de facto website that serves as an encyclopedia of all MMA fighters, .
Link for “turns up no results”: https://www.sherdog.com/stats/fightfinder?SearchTxt=matthew+rossini&weight=&association=
Additionally, no YouTube videos or calls to fighting gyms in Texas or Tulum result in any records of Rossini having ever fought a single MMA fight in his life.
Matthew goes by the alias “Mateo”. He is approximately 5’7″ tall with thinning hair. He often shaves his arms and legs, or keeps that hair extremely short. One arm has a large geometric styled tattoo. He drives a white 2014 Jeep with Texas license plate NCS 7940 and a VIN of 1C4HJWEGxE. Records show he is not the owner of this Jeep.
Sometimes he also drives a light blue Italika scooter. He often wears brown sunglasses to conceal his identity. He may be seen with a white and black French Bulldog he calls “Monkey” or “Mono”.

Google Reviews
As seen above his last “business” was “Lone Star Hot Rod Shop” in Lewisville, Texas. Below are the Google reviews for that business. You can clearly see a trend here. Flee to Mexico / “MMA Instructor”

IRS Tax Evasion / Fraud
Rossini is a U.S. citizen who makes money managing this (and other) Airbnb units in Tulum Mexico. He does not pay taxes on the earnings:
Casa Mono (Airbnb link) (Booking.com link)

Furthermore, he claims to be involved in the illegal drug trade in Mexico, and most certainly isn’t declaring this and paying taxes on it.

Mexico Crimes

Despite using the alias “Mateo” and changing his surname to “Rossini” from Sandoval, Matthew Rossini / Juan Sandoval does not speak Spanish or Italian…because, as this website has shown, he is a lifelong fraud.
Avoid him at all costs, unless you are apprehending him to bring him to justice for the many crimes he has committed against others, often women whom he has “befriended” and then taken advantage of. He truly is a disgusting, despicable, person.
